Productivity Tool

Kharon

Multi-project management with AI-powered refinement, bidirectional Google Calendar sync, and calendar-optimised planning. Built because every existing tool was either too bloated or too simple.

Multi-Project Kanban

Each project gets its own board with a four-column workflow. Manage everything from one place.

AI Project Refinement

AI-assisted refinement breaks vague ideas into actionable, well-scoped cards ready for delivery.

Google Calendar Sync

Bidirectional pairing with Google Calendar. Schedule from the board, update from the calendar — changes flow both ways.

AI Communications

AI-assisted drafting of updates, summaries, and communications so reporting never blocks delivery.

Drag & Drop

Reorder cards within columns and across stages with fluid drag-and-drop interactions.

Markdown Editing

Rich text editing powered by TipTap. Write descriptions with full markdown support.

File Attachments

Attach files directly to cards. Stored securely via Supabase Storage.

Labels & Priorities

Colour-coded labels and priority levels for fast visual scanning of your board.

Archive Workflow

Archive completed projects and cards. Nothing is deleted — retrieve anytime.

Why I Built It

Every project management tool I tried came with opinions I didn't share — team features I'd never use, pricing tiers for one person, no real AI integration where it matters. Kharon is built around three pillars: multi-project kanban for organising work, AI for refining projects and drafting communications, and bidirectional Google Calendar sync so my schedule and my commitments stay aligned. One user, multiple projects, zero cruft.
