I build things that work. From solo-shipping a full job-search platform to public beta, to co-founding and running a consultancy that delivered turnkey programmes across defence, energy, and mining — my career is defined by taking ideas from zero to one, and from one to scale.

Currently at The Stepstone Group, I advise five global directors on multi-year product strategy while directly owning delivery of high-priority initiatives. Previously, I co-founded Lugus Intelligence as COO, delivering end-to-end EPCM-with-staffing programmes, and solo-built TheTalentChain Ltd — an AI-powered UK job matching platform from backend infrastructure to Chrome extension.
