Who I Am

Mechanical engineer by training, product leader by trade. My path runs from industrial AI research — Bayesian deep neural networks, field-tested at 93% accuracy on turbine remaining-useful-life — through a turnkey delivery organisation I co-founded, spanning defence, energy, mining, logistics and media, exited in 2021; then to London, my base since October 2021.

Along the way: took an agentic product from strategy to pilot beta, measured at a 60% cut in time-to-hire; brought three GDPR-compliant GPT products to live users, one in six weeks; built an AI coding-agent harness that roughly triples design-sprint throughput; compressed MVP cycles from two quarters to one week; solo-built and shipped a job-search platform to public beta.

What I do: multi-year product strategy — 1-to-3-year roadmaps that senior leadership can act on — and the full product discipline beneath it: discovery, operating model, OKRs, experimentation, monetisation and pricing. On top of that, applied AI (LLM and agentic architectures, production deployment, responsible-AI guardrails) and the data infrastructure under all of it (warehouses, pipelines, MLOps, agent runtime). I ship code myself. Trilingual — English, Spanish, German.
